Championed the Nestle & I Survey initiative. Roll out and facilitate knowledge sharing / coaching sections with Supply Chain Staff on HR Policies and Procedures e.g led the Everyday Coaching initiative and introduced the Coaching Tracking Tool. Initiate Mentoring Scheme for Supply Chain Trainees.
Collaborate with Supply Chain Managers to meet set business targets using the People Plan. Work with the LEAN – Goal Alignment Manager on Capability Building of Supply Chain Staff to implement NCE. Adviser to Supply Chain Managers on Employee Relations Issues and Labour Legislations
Communicate and ensure compliance of Nestle Values, and Culture. Work with Supply Chain Staff to explain rationale for any development interventions and reinforce need to change behaviours.
Performance and Reward:
Initiate Performance Evaluation Process three times a year – the objective setting stage, the interim discussion stage and year – end performance discussion between Staff and Manager, lead the Performance Calibration Meeting. Initiate the Reward & Recognition Process to improve performance.
