To oversee day to day activities in the HR department in Lagos including branch offices in Port Harcourt and Bonny Island.
Administering compensation, benefits, performance management system;
Setting up interview, selecting and recruiting new employees

Staff welfare: health, canteen & transportation
Local training and induction of new staff to foster positive attitude towards organizational objective
Implementation of company’s policies as appropriate in relation to the existing labour laws in Nigeria.
