>Work with Departmental heads to identify issues and build effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.
>Create innovative technique to source for the right candidate, Suggest appropriate redeployment of staff base on required skill and competencies.
>Develop and implement a proper performance appraisal system.
>Calculation and administration of payroll with the use of human manager as well as compliance with the relevant taxation laws.
>Manage all employees relation including managing conflicts, Dismissal corrective measures as well as carry out exit interview.
>Carry out leave administration, health care system for different categories of staff.
>Liaise with various pension fund administrators to ensure strict compliance with the new pension act of 2004.
>Liaise with relevant Government agencies to ensure smooth operations.
>Manage and control Departmental expenditure with the agreed budget.
