 Schedules, conducts, coordinates, interpret and present report on Performance Management Process

 Schedules and coordinates training sessions.

 Compiles information on performance calibration

 Administers and manage staff attendance records to ensure strict compliance either manually or using biometric finger print device or both and also administers leave records and leave tracking software.

 Development and implementation of staff vacation schedule and rotates same to ensure a seamless operation among the entire organizational workforce

 Actively participated to develop Change Management Process and Business Process Reengineering (BPR)

 Responsible for preparation of Payroll, pay slips and bank statements of employees, PAYE, Insurance and Pension contributions of staff numbering over 350.

 Planning and coordination of projects’ manpower requirements.

 Liaises with Health Maintenance Organization on Health Insurance matters of the organization’s staff

 Handles transport, accommodation and other Logistics of staff on transit.

 Organize interview schedules & obtain feedback on interviews

 Administer tests & interviews to fill vacancies

 Schedule & conduct the employee orientation on joining

 Obtains progress reports of employees on probation & briefs Management
