4 • Carry out administrative tasks and assistance for the day to day operations of the organization.

1.Open accounts for new customers and also monitor the customers’ account.
2.Relationship management as well as maintenance of customers’ database.
3.Collect the customers’ cheques (dated and post-dated cheques) and present these for payment as and when due.
4.Attend to the needs of customers ranging from answering questions politely, giving information concerning the products we have for sale etc.
5.Act as the main point of contact for visitors and clients.
6.Provide general administrative support to management and key staff including general word processing, filing, copying, faxing and responding to general mails.
7.Ordering of equipment, materials and office supplies.
8.Undertake and assist in the recording and processing of invoices, receipts and payments as required and instructed.
9.Administer the petty cash system and ensure appropriate record keeping.
10.Assist in matters relating to publicity for the organization..
11.Arrange hospitality, purchase supplies to ensure the smooth running of the organization on a day to day basis.
12.Maintain the central filing system, general database and archive.
13.Maintain close links and inform Management of all issues likely to affect the operation of the organization.
Carry out other duties as assigned
1.Vet applications to Primary Mortgage institutions to ensure that the loan underwriting requirements are complied with.
2.Generate memos to other departments of the Bank requesting for legal opinion on Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and title documents submitted by applicants.(Extensive use of Microsoft word is applied here).
3.Produce Credit Appraisal Proposals (CAP) for the Primary Mortgaging Institutions (PMI) loan applications.
4.Compute loan repayment data using Microsoft excel.
5.Other administrative assignments in the department as may be assigned by the Head of Department (HOD), Group Leaders (GLs) and Team Leaders (TLs).
