Employment Activity (Recruitment & Selection, Staffing Logistics and Placement).
Co-ordination of various Performance Management Functions including Performance Appraisal, Promotion, Transfer, Vacation and Annual Leave Schedule of the Employees.
Handling of Staff Welfare, Medical and Pension Scheme and Recommendation to the Management on Appointment of Hospitals on Retainership liaising with Health Management organization and Pension company as it affect the organization staff.
Acting as Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer.
Compensation and Reward Management in conjunction with the Account department.
Liaising with Relevant Service Providers and Government Agencies in the interest of the Organization; POLICE FORCE, LASTMA, VIO, FIRS, LASAA, LIRS and Local government agents.
Initiation and Preparation of Correspondence such as Letters, Memoranda and Reports on Major Human Resource and Administrative Matters and Issues within the Organization and to the Management on weekly and monthly basis
Office Management; provision of stationeries for different units, coordination of cleaning of the office.
Insurance Management and Asset Management; making sure new assets are properly insured and tagged to prevent stealing.
