o Performing proficient operations on Active directory user administration such as, Creating Windows IDs for User, Reseting of Passwords, Assigning Roles & Rights to User, & Adding User to a member group.
o Budget Planning: Working closely with the M.I.S Manager for effective Budget planning of IT Infrastructures and Equipments per user, per department of Manning for the department repectively.

o Carrying out Daily Server Checklist on all the Application Servers.
o Ability to Identify, Troubleshoot and Resolve LAN and WAN Networks issues, troubleshoot Cisco Switches, Cisco Routers, Voice Over IP, PBX Telephony Console, Packeteer within a reasonable amount of time.

o Designed Budget Tracking Database called: “COST TRACKER” In 2009 for the Plant Management: The Database keeps tracks and records of all the total plant Budget on monthly expenses showing Amount, Details of expenses, Cost centers and account to be debited per department, and helps in calculating the Actual vs. current departmental spending.
