  • Provide the full range of technical support to the field Office, including maintenance and administration of computer hardware, software, network, Servers, applications and the office website
  • Deploy PC’s, Printer’s and other Computer accessories to network users
  • Install new Systems, Applications, Utilities Software and network stations for new locations/offices
  • Provide technical assistance on computer usage to all FMC staffs
  • Resolve computer problems and provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installations, operating systems, etc
  • Ensure all information and Information assets of FMC are protected
  • Create a level of Availability, Integrity and Confidentiality that is consistent with business needs and value of information
  • Maintain 100% uptime for both the computer networks and end-users
  • Communicate regularly with FMC Help-Desk in Houston Texas for software updates for end-users satisfaction
  • Ensure smooth running of SAP business package
  • Verify that Company configuration standards are strictly adhered to
  • Undertake planned, regular maintenance of information technology equipment
  • Assess and respond appropriately to IT concerns and questions by users in the field Office
  • Support the maintenance of inventory and proper function of relevant IT and communications equipment, such as phones, mobiles, radios, cameras, security surveillance equipment etc) and assist in procurement of computer consumable and accessories
  • Support field office users in technical aspects of their work that involve interactions with IT, such as customized/proprietary mission critical applications, web applications, and use of various computer applications
  • Ensure proper backup and restoration procedures for the LAN
  • Plan and supervise installation and relocation of new computers, printers and LAN
  • Monitor repair and troubleshoot problems of data circuit, voice mail and fax links in co-ordination with service providers
  • Ensure data protection via regular monitoring/updating of virus definitions and antivirus software
  • Monitor proper power and environmental conditions for office technology equipment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Seek proficient and cost conscious supplies in procurement of IT equipments
