Work with customers to provide both site/remote troubleshooting and resolution of network issues.
Create network diagrams for new services/projects or update diagrams for upgrades to existing installations.
Provide field Project Management for installations, commissioning and start-up as required.
Undertake monitoring of all installed customer services and ensure they remain up and running according to agreed SLA.
Create Knowledge Base Articles / Technical Notes.
Provide on the spot customer technical fault analysis and troubleshooting.
Manage and implement all operational related projects in order to maintain optimum customer service satisfaction.
Generate reports based on daily monitoring statistics and forward to the team lead for further analysis.
Ensure the stability of Network infrastructure throughout the region.
Recognize and escalate difficult technical / business issues.
Providing technical support to a wide range of users (internal and external).
Maintenance of data centre environment i.e. cabling, labeling, and standards.
Prioritize both time and projects.
Carry out other duties as may be assigned.
