Job Description

 Work with customers to provide both site/remote troubleshooting and resolution of network issues.

 Create network diagrams for new services/projects or update diagrams for upgrades to existing installations.

 Provide field Project Management for installations, commissioning and start-up as required.

 Undertake monitoring of all installed customer services and ensure they remain up and running according to agreed SLA.

 Create Knowledge Base Articles / Technical Notes.

 Provide on the spot customer technical fault analysis and troubleshooting.

 Manage and implement all operational related projects in order to maintain optimum customer service satisfaction.

 Generate reports based on daily monitoring statistics and forward to the team lead for further analysis.

 Ensure the stability of Network infrastructure throughout the region.

 Providing technical support to a wide range of users (internal and external).

 Maintenance of data centre environment i.e. cabling, labeling, and standards.
