Job Description:

  • Interfacing between IS and end -users in the business on systems fault resolution throughout the organization.
  • Monitoring the network services status and progress towards resolution of all open incidents
  • Keep users informed on the progress of fault calls
  • Software and hardware configuration, installation and troubleshooting
  • Setup of end-user- devices: – desktops, laptops printers, scanners webcams and similar peripherals troubshooting
  • Running of daily, weekly, monthly and yearly backups using Symantec 12 version
  • Taking delivery of assets as relates to end user devices while ensuring baseline conformity
  • Updating the inventory record and management across the company’s entire location
  • Decommissioning of IS devices that are end-of-life
  • Liaising with some department as stated by the policy of the company on disposal of tool-of -trade of tools
  • Weekly, monthly mid-year report for management
  • Communicating feedback to management from sites managed
