- Ensure availability of all ATMs in line with the Banks 24/7 Operations using gasper and postilion ATM network monitoring tools.
- Technical resource staff for ATM (NCR & Wincor Nixdorf) software/hardware implementations-test patches and fixes uploads, new screen downloads.
- Escalate unresolved issues within 2 hours of report; follow up with vendor to ensure resolution in line with agreed SLA.
- Handle core services on weekends and public holidays.
