Interfacing with the technical development in ensuring proper awareness, full comprehension and training of new and modified etranzact solutions to clients
Troubleshooting and providing support for participating banks, merchants, third party processors, and other stakeholders on the eTranzact platform
Testing and quality assurance appraisal
Supporting internal processes leading to ensuring QA on eTranzact softwares
Technical customer relationship management (TCRM)
Managing enterprise requirements to ensure eTranzact products meet customer expectations, and managing feedback processes from participating banks
Managing requirements for maintaining an efficient and up-to-date knowledge base for the eTranzact Enterprise.
Conducting User Acceptance Test (UAT)
Authoring presentation slides for eTranzact enterprise.
Deployment of infrastructures (new solutions and upgrades) and performance monitoring
Testing and maintaining new/existing software applications in support of the base 24 eps switching platform.
Assisting in the planning, design, development, and deployment of new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
Assisting in establishing connections between institutions and the switching platform.
Liaising with network administrators, systems administrators, database administrators and software engineers to assist in resolving problems with software products or company software systems.
