  • Booking of freight (AIR & SEA) for EXPORT, prepare and process the following documents: Form M, RAR, NIXP Form, CCVO, Packing List, Commercial/Proforma Invoice, MBL/HBL & MAWB/HAWB.
  • Arrange for in bound and out bound trucking , track trucks movement, ensure that transporters deliver within the lead time & warehousing of goods.
  • Coordinate & communicate with the logistics team & other officials for effective, efficient performance of transport operations .
  • Ensure that all deliveries arrive to consignee / customer and on schedule.
  • Manage branch assets, including equipment, vehicles and monitor compliance to statutory, legislative & licensing requirement.
