• Provision of firs tier support to PC users in over 5 branches.
• Configuration of all PC users to the branch network.
• Providing technical support to LAN and WAN and MAN infrastructure
• Hardware Repair / Trouble shooting
• Periodic preventive maintenance of systems
• System/PC software troubleshooting and Repairs /printer installation
• Ensuring availability of link by communicating with IT-telecommunication unit
• Installation and support of computer Software and MS Office tools and other Business applications.
• Cloning/formatting PCs
• Managing the SharePoint site of the branch, which include but not limited to: maintaining branch portal; training of branch staff on portal features and usage; training of branch staff on portal security; first level support on branch portal issues
• First level ATM troubleshooting and Maintenance.
• Ability to Implement databases back up, recovery and archiving functions
