ü Reporting to the General Manager & PM - Hotel management coy
ü Project management/Quality assurance for Pre-opening: Performing a broad spectrum on facility management specifications.
ü Inventory of cabinets, tables, shelves, other types of furniture, linens, various chemicals, air conditioning, refrigeration systems, kitchen items, key card etc.
ü Inspection on repairs of plumbing, electrical distribution systems- fire alarm, sockets, energy saver switch; Installation/inspection of required laundry equipments, heating fixtures, pumps, valves etc.; wood works, concrete…on Soft-opening.
ü Staff recruitment and Training of certain staff for classified area/Fire service induction for employees.
ü Liaising with contractors/procurement / Suppliers – Inventories of functional/replacements on lockable hardware: doors, windows, safe, wardrobe and electronic key system to ensure safety.
ü Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures for front office/housekeeping/laundry department
ü Inspection/Rate plan integration on Dolea PMS and yield management.
ü Maintain a service and repair records for cost benefit analysis, back up, budget preparation
ü Checklist on routine and emergency calls for repairs and services.
