Drive changes and updates in country managers’ and line managers’ toolbox portals
Creation and maintenance of soft files and hard files of personnel records.
Provide necessary working machinery for the department by ensuring prompt response to issues.
Development and maintenance of human resources policies/ structure of the organization.
Assist with induction of staff/ IT/ NYSC.
Process documents with respect to staff employment, maintenance and disengagement.
Assist with general HR administration activities that facilitate the smooth running of the organization.
Manage information on distribution of goods, transportation and material handling.
Acquisition of distributors and customers for the organization
