We successfully negotiated a tripartite agreement between them and their principal in Nigeria, SCHLUMBERGER NIG. LTD, a major contractor with the games organizers. We managed their affairs throughout the duration of the event.
  • I led a team of attorneys to successfully negotiate a joint venture agreement between our client CHECKPOINT (NIG) LTD, an indigenous oil servicing company, and their foreign partner LEFLOCH S.A, a French oil servicing company.
  • After the bank consolidations in 2005, our firm assisted one of our clients INTERCONTINENTAL BANK PLC in their branch expansion drive by sourcing for, negotiating and successfully brokering the property transactions that led to their establishment of branches at: (i) 4th Avenue ,Festac Town, (ii) Enitan Street, Surulere.
