As the secretary, I attend all the meetings of the company and take minutes of the meeting. I also render all the relevant secretarial services to the company. I also further advise the company on legal issues, prepare and file statutory documents for the company.
As the Administrative manager, I oversee the administrative running of the company. I ensure that things are put in place for the effective running of the company. I also ensure that administrative staffs carry out their duties properly and on time. Above all, I personally set an example for them by my lifestyle.
Ø Draft Agreements, legal documents, etc
Ø Attend Board meetings and other meetings of the Company
Ø Prepare and file documents with CAC
Ø Write letters on behalf of the Company
Ø Take minutes of meetings and circulate same to Departmental Heads where necessary
Ø Maintain the registers and other records of the Company
Ø Advise the Directors/Company on legal matters
Ø Write and send notices and correspondences, etc
Ø To co-ordinate all the administrative duties of the company.
Ø To ensure that the environment of the company is kept clean always.
Ø To ensure that all the equipment and machines of the company are properly maintained
