  • Participate in the planning and executions of turnarounds (shutdowns) in the six-train LNG plant for both statutory and major inspections.
  • Produce Logistic & Materials Mile Stone plan for all turnarounds to include materials and procurement, personnel logistics and services.
  • Ensure materials availability for all turnarounds including major capital spares.
  • Contract Development and Management-Managing of five (5) contracts with direct involvement in turnaround activity.
  • Responsible for the implementation of Turnaround Management Process and Inventory Reviews as per procedure, also, develops procedures and work instructions as may be necessary.
  • Responsible for all HSE implementation for turnarounds
  • Responsible for the delivery of set Logistics & Materials KPIs for the Turnaround unit
  • Interfaces with various discipline for effective & efficient service collaboration.
  • Responsible for 5 (5) direct supervisors, 10 indirect reports and between 700 to 1000 work force during major turnarounds.
  • Champion Continuous Improvement Initiatives for Turnarounds Logistics & Materials deliveries.
