Assist, manage and execute with follow up business critical projects and initiatives throughout all levels of business with future focus to align with vision of growing non-voice sustainably – through building sustainable partnerships throughout the eco-system
1. Design the functional specification for VAS & Data Service platforms. User requirement gathering, analysis and documentation, manage and execution of new business products and projects.
2. End to end Project Management of VAS & Data services related products & services.
3. Analyzing, capacity dimensioning, planning, system design & risk factor analysis of VAS & Data Service platforms
4. Technical RFP preparation, evaluation, vendor selection & solution document preparation.
5. Technical feasibility analysis for commercial campaign with existing network resources to ensure the quality of service.
6. Active participation during VAS, IVR system integration with IN, MSC, GMSC, STPs, SMSC, MMSC, WAP etc.
7. Administration, Configuration & Troubleshooting of VAS services before handover to O&M.
