Achievement to date:

  • Successfully ensures progressive growth in the revenue and subscriber base of the Company within this location; the total target have been achieved and doubled within the past 12 months. Presently, my team and I deliver on the average, over 120% of our monthly target. We do not just service only the metropolis but locations outside town.
  • The subscriber base of the internet services that was in tens before my assumption of duty has also been increased in multiple fold.
  • Established a robust business and personal relationship with our High Net-worth Individuals (HNIs) which has also increased based on the recommendations from the HNIs been serviced.
  • Servicing of thousands of low end subscribers monthly have also been rated excellent by Management. The Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) within the area has tripled and this has impacted positively on the revenue of the dealer sales department. Nov.’2011-Till Date
  • Overall responsibility of Shop administration and Customers satisfaction
  • Develop and revise policies and procedures for optimal functioning of the Gloworld shop
  • Supervise, coordinate and provide necessary assistance to Gloworld Sales Executives, Customer Care Representatives and other supporting personnel in the shop
  • Supervises and oversee mini retail sales outlets (Glozone) in four locations across 3 states (Funtua in Katsina State, Samaru in Kaduna State, Gusau in Zamfara State and Malumfashi in Katsina State) all in the North West region of Nigeria.
  • Ensures compliance with the Standard of Operation (SOP) and objectives of the Company's retail sales and customer service.

During this period in view, I ensured optimal customer satisfaction, thereby contributing to the increase in subscriber base of the Company in the North West region of Nigeria. The number of High Net-worth Individuals (HNI) was also increased and serviced especially within Kano and the neighboring States like Jigawa, Katsina, Zamfara, Yobe and part of Kaduna States. This was made possible by establishing excellent relationships with each of them and also attending to their issues promptly. This however did not affect the quality of services rendered to low end subscribers.

well their costs and benefits.

  • Actualize sales of company’s products and collects cash (payment) from customers using the Point of Sales (POS) Management and Administration.
  • Forwarding of all customers’ documents to Customer Care for vetting according to laid down
