- Effectively manage resources (people, time and budget) towards achieving set target.
- Street banking Merchant Acquisition and deployment of the Freedom Network Point of Sales terminals to acquired merchants.
- Working very closely with branding and communication to build the brand
- Developing product sustenance strategies through expansion of retail dealership network
- Writing and distributing proposals and business briefs to potential merchants and other partners.
- Conduct visits to the front end agents / merchants to provide hands on support and resolution to all transaction related issues
- Coordinate the design, production and allocation of budget for the production of marketing materials and product campaign needs.
- Identifying, developing and maintaining relationships with business partners and customers
- Monitor competitor activities to ensure that we maintain our market relevance.
- Organizing and attending events, exhibitions etc towards building the product
- Coordinate the activities of the marketing team
- Foster relationships with stakeholders and other support teams to improve service delivery
