- Constantly update the Staff Database Record to accommodate new hires per location.
- Generate the Headcount of company staff per location. This is normally done monthly.
- Periodically Develop Human Resource Services Process templates for use in the
- Responsible for sending out new hire on-boarding notifications to all staff.
- Interface with the IT Department on HRS IT-related issues.
- Manage the software in order to generate surveys and statistical reports.
- Maintaining the Department filing system.
- Generate weekly reports.
- Generating monthly reports.
- Conducts orientation program to new employees.
- Assists in drafting out Confirmation Letter and Promotion Letter.
- Handles monthly payroll for employees.
- Attends to employees’ grievances and complaints; provides guidance if necessary.
- Ensure that applications from staff [Loan, Leave, Confirmation, Staff Purchase, Dress Code
Allowance, ID card, Complimentary cards etc] are processed.
