 Monitor and supervises the discharge of cargoes at Lagos, Onne and Port Harcourt port areas.

 To represent the company at the operational/berthing committee meeting

 Ensure adequate welfare of crew on board vessel through proper documentation with the Nigerian immigration officers when such vessel is under our agency.

 To coordinate the activities of the supply/chandelling department as below

 To supply the requested items to vessel on board such as provisions, food items, ships parts, navigational charts etc.

 Monitoring of incoming vessel into the country’s port via internet, fax and telephone conversation.

 Monitoring the activities of the international ship supplies association (ISSA).

 Sending and receiving of e-mails concerning ship supplies.

 Preparing and sending of quotations of items requested by ship owners via e-mail and fax communication.
