- Supervised a team of ticketing and reservation officers in Lagos and Accra Ghana.
- Attending to reservation issues beyond the sales desk. Areas of ticket combination,
modification, adjustment, waivers and any more.
- Preparing and publishing of quarterly roster for Lagos reservation officers.
- A member of the Training team for new TRO’S, making effort to settle them on the job using
the airline reservation system.
- Providing answers best possible and providing solution to customer(s) various challenges.
- Balancing with all sales officers under my supervision and preparing the end of day sales
report between the sales officers and the bank.
- Operating link with other Stations in areas of disseminating flight information or flight cancelation
to affected station managers.
- Adequate knowledge and usage of Aero pack reservation system, customer care, inventory module,
DCS, plus the MARS booking system.
- Travel agencies agency booking and special industry tickets.
- Issuance of ticket to agents and reporting their monthly sales report.
- Setting up new location (Abuja, Accra and U.K), training and guiding them for a period of time.
- Call Listening and monthly reporting of call center agents call data.
- A member of team that respond by mail and phone to all Arik Air’s location within
and outside the country. Responding to their peculiar challenges and offering them timely solution for
effective service delivery.
