Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Services: Attended to bank customers’ enquiries, opened customer accounts and maintained proper documentation for all branch accounts. Ensured adequate processing of customers’ transactions and requests efficiently and punctually. Assisted customers in dormant account reactivation, balance verification and funds transfer processing. Ensured due diligence in verification and processing of outgoing financial instruments.
Transactions Processing: Managed both local and internal funds transfer requests from customers and staff. Correctly processed and posted bulk transactions, salaries and co-operative loan deductions. Processed and posted fixed deposits transactions monthly. Rendered weekly and monthly reports to various reporting lines and highlighted exceptions where necessary.
