· To deliver an agreed sales volume of N6 Billion turnover in the next 12 months.
· To manage 82 sales personnel spread across the country
· To recruit and train aggressive and competent sales personnel that can deliver the Vol .
· Develop and ensure implementation of programmes to achieve increase in sales.
· Implement strategic marketing plans via product quality, pricing, promotion and distribution.
· Gathering and collating competitive strategy/activity and develop a blue ocean strategy against competitors activity
· Responsible for visibility of all products in all segments of the market.
· Responsible for setting targets for field reps.
· Developing and implementation of sales strategies vis-à-vis distribution
· Identify and organize training needs for all sales personnel across the country
