. Overseeing team effectiveness
. Focusing the team on perfoming tasks in line with corporate goals and objectives
. Develop and enforce operational processes and procedures
. Identify operational bottlenecks and performance inhibitors, and flag with the appropriate party.
. Ensure fault management implementation
. Coordinate team L1 troubleshooting, escalation and communication.
. Provide troubleshooting guidance and coaching to L1 support team
. Provide DWDM L2 support to the NOC team
. Prepare technical reports - Weekly and Monthly Operations AVR.
. Review and ensure timely release of Network Shift Handover and Daily report to stakeholders
. Vendor management and performance evaluation meetings.
. Ensure business continuity through allocation and scheduling of scare resources.
