Ø Responsible for the overall work performance of the company.
Ø Ensure the smooth and effective running of the office which also includes supervision of staff
Ø Management of the office environment and ensure office hygiene is maintained at all times.
Ø Liaising with sister companies and clients within and outside the country.
Ø Offer administrative support to other department and mangers.
Ø Liaise with other branches on daily issues concerning the company.
Ø Schedule office equipment for periodic maintenance while ensuring repairs is carried out on all office equipment including air conditioners, printers and photocopiers in the office.
Ø Gathering, adapting, storing and distributing information within the company
Ø Providing documents and telecommunication management.
Ø Managing quality and cost control which includes ensuring that human and material resources are correctly utilized
Ø Administer employee benefits programs according to contractual agreement and supervises.
Ø Receive applications or resumes, pre-screen applications for appointment, may conduct preliminary interview, and forwards applications to department head.
Ø Establish and maintain employee personnel and benefits records and files
Ø Monitor federal and state legislation and implements changes as it impacts on personnel practices and procedures or employee benefits
Ø Use computer applications such as spreadsheets, word processing, calendar, email and database software in performing work assignments as a secretary.
Ø Prepare and or supervise the preparation of various reports and coordinate worker’s compensation claims.
Ø Prepare payroll, which includes calculations of payments, payroll deductions, tax reports.
Ø Receive and record all accident and injury reports.
