  • Actively promoting the services offered by DAC through student counseling in the office and at Schools and Universities in Nigeria.
  • Counseling Students before they apply for visas and assisting them in completing visa application forms where and when necessary.
  • Representing the Company at Education Fairs and conferences organized by the Company or third parties such as the British Council and partner institutions in the United Kingdom.
  • Carrying out any other special duties and assignments as may from time to time be delegated by Management

HR Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and implement a variety of human resource functions to support the attainment of the company goals and objectives
  • Assist in the resolution of human resource issues and promote enhanced organizational efficiency, communication and understanding
  • Take an active role in understanding business issues, recommend and develop approaches and programmes to address them in addition to delivering efficient and effective HR administrative support
  • Provide services that minimize conflict, promote a healthy working environment and improve industrial and employee relations
  • Assist in the recruitment, placing, on-boarding and deployment process for new staff
