Overseeing the Marketing department and ensuring that we meet up to sales target, relating to customers at different levels,creating of ideas that would spur sales to an appreciable level.
Achievement include creation of a strong customer base with clients and meeting up to 90% in occupancy level.
Maintaining of customer base, meeting with new clients, selling the hotel to all who come for inquiries and relating to old clients. developing of new ideas to drive business.
responding to mails and clients requests. The duties also include coordinating of groups who come for lodging in the hotel and providing for their conference needs by working with the Food and Beverage department in organizing for the banqueting needs.
Achievement include increase in the customer sales and adequate coordination of events.
