Organising the day to day activities of the Managing Director, Document Management and Processing, Scheduling and Organising of meetings, Calendar Management, organising of Functions and Events, Provision of Logistics and Travel Arrangements including Airline Booking, Transport and Travel Accommodation, Taking of Minutes of meeting, Booking of meetings and appointments for the Chairman and other duties as may be assigned to me by the management
v Taking minutes during the weekly staff meeting.
v Keeping a register of incoming and outgoing mails.
v Handling of petty cash disbursement in the office.
v Provide support at meeting, conferences etc, organized by the office.
v Taking care of properties and equipments in the office.
v Booking of meetings and appointments in the office.
v Assist with keeping and taking records of the centres’ publications.
v Writing and dispatching of letters.
v Ordering of stationeries.
Undertake such other duties as may be assigned from time to time
