· Subscriber creation for voice and data on all systems (Ether bill, AAA, VPN etc.)
· Subscriber provisioning and activation.
· Subscriber account re-charging.
· Working with all outlets to manage inventory of stock, ensuring that stock is replenished ‘just in time’ whist maintaining an auditable process and information integrity.
· Organizing commercial meetings and events for the commercial department.
· Subscriber account modification e.g. change of tariff plan, add, remove VPN number etc.
· Training the call centre agents on customer management, retention, winback.
· Effectively drive zonal P & L .
· New Business Development– Identify and evaluate new business opportunities via working with product management to identify and evaluate new markets for existing products.
· Proactively develops and improve products and services
· Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues.
· Understands clients' needs.
· Design and drive all sales, marketing and commercial strategies needed in ensuring all key units of sales achieve short and long term targets and also ensuring a perfect integration of the units. Sales units are retail, dealer, corporate and government (all B2B) sales.
· Articulate all business development plans of the entire product portfolio within the Lagos metropolis
· Act as the key point of contact for all business development activities
· Ensure that all segments of regional sales are profitable via effective balancing of all regional revenue and cost.
· Effective leadership interface with all regional partners, key accounts.
· Ensure the sustenance of very high standard training programs and pipeline talent development.
