Prepare and submit monthly wage bills to Clients and ensure timely payments
Daily Petty cash transaction and office accounts
Maintain proper records and submit to Parastatals and other Government Agencies like Labour & Productivity, Internal Revenue Service, etc
Take minutes of meetings.
Receiving and sending mails.
Computerized all office records and assigned them to specific Microsoft applications, such as Ms Word, Ms Excel and Power point
