Work hand in hand with the project Managers or Project Tendering Manager
Responsible for the monitoring of cost centre and issue management approval for intending cost.
Responsible for the preparation of change orders and Cash Flow Analysis
Responsible for the reporting of Project Progress Status (Cost, Risk and Progress)
Responsible for time reporting of deviations from plan and budget and implementation of recovery plans
Responsible for the review of subcontractors Scope, plans and verification of invoice
Keep record of changes made to schedules through various revisions.
Development and maintenance of Baseline schedule for company‘s approval including planned progress S-curves and reporting format.
Organise flow of planning and progress information with internal and external sources
Manage all planning functions on the project, in accordance with the procedure where identified.
Issuing of look ahead schedule for the supervisor and also to client for guidance.
Preparation of Resources histograms, S-Curves as reference baseline for control during the various project execution phases.
Prepare forecast schedules based on actual project status and anticipated evolution.
Levelling overall project resources
Updating the time sheet and determined the Actual Man-Hours, Earned Value Man-Hours and productivity
Generation of weekly and overall productivity curve.
Prepare progress report in a timely fashion including statement of critical paths and deviation against approved baseline.
Assure that any changes related to the scope of the contract get implemented into relevant plans.
Implementation of sub-contractors plan into main schedule/plan including establishing reporting routines for sub-contractors and follow up progress.
Hook-up Time sheet tracking and issue of overall project Man-hours.
