► Design, develop and test and/or sources and cost-justified various tools, machinery and equipment.
► Perform product and process analysis for cost reduction, quality and efficiency improvement.
► Plan, schedule, coordinate, monitor and supervise production activities to meet delivery dates and targeted output.
► Document and improve the production installation process.
► Production planning, control and reporting to Management.
► Enforce adherence to quality standards and establishment of new standards.
► Setting and enforcing production targets, production process improvement and tracing of orders to delivery dates.
► Planning for maintenance of production machines, tools and arranging for factory cleanliness and safety regulations.
► Staff appraisal and initiation of training in collaboration with Personnel and Admin Manager.
► Monitor and trace orders to achieve delivery dates.
► Supervise use of and order for sectional consumable materials.
► Analyze production processes through graphical presentation and reporting.
► Supervise and coordinate workers ideas system on the shop floor.
