Key responsibilities:

Program Support

§ Support STL and SPO in the delivery of advocacy projects

§ Support to SPO with progress monitoring, reporting and documentation

§ Manage facilities and supplies for programme related meetings, workshops and events

§ Provide logistics support to programme planning and event implementation

§ Prepare programme reports and minutes of meeting

§ Input into quarterly reports to the STL through the SPO and required documentations requested by DFIDN

§ Develop a weekly work schedule to be agreed by STLs and SPO as line managers

§ Support the process of issue identification, and reaching consensus between CSOs, SLPs & SAVI.

§ Identify organisations that can provide capacity building services in and outside the state for the existing portfolio of APs and any other new AP.

§ identification of capacity building needs of the media and CSOs in State and opportunities for provision to build the needs

§ Deputise the SPOs as when required

§ Provide any other support as may be required through STL/SPO
