Key Accountabilities:

  • To research, develop and manage the training strategy for mentors/mentees and its associated budget, in close liaison with the Executive Director and the Program team.
  • To research, develop and manage the partnerships strategy for WMW
  • To champion and ensure the coordination and implementation of mentoring walks all over Nigeria and related special initiatives e.g. annual dinner/award ceremony
  • To provide operational advice and poised care to mentors/mentees, volunteers and panelists through correspondence and regular contact
  • To establish networks in universities to publicize the WMW partnership
  • To facilitate links between pay-forward award winners and work with them to encourage active engagement in developing the work of the award
  • To provide leadership, support and work with the all applicants for meaningful participation in the mentoring walk, and mentee interview/screening process
