As a project / business development manager, I’m acknowledged for my well-defined understanding of the business-expertise interface and capacity to identify and align clients' emerging technological needs within and outside the company’s services.
With my successful and diverse background in operational management, service delivery, project management, and business-development, I strategically introduce expertise in engaging decision makers and devising winning strategies and solutions.
I identify portfolio gaps and deficiencies and joined forces with senior managers, engineers, architects etc to address issues, conduct market research, devise new strategies and produce the marketing collateral, sales tools and templates to support the sales effort for a new line of marketing the company real estate development.
I’m responsible for planning, organizing, and directing activities concerned with construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. Estimate time and material costs, maintain quality / cost control, prepare construction documents, negotiation and sub-contractors selection. .
Prepare and administer project budgets, Approve all expenditures and payroll, develop and implement policies and procurement, Ensure compliance with government regulations and prepare all project documentation.
Supervising project engineers, foremen, and labourers. Hire and schedule subcontractors. Train all team members and conducting performance evaluations.
Develop and deliver professional strategy in turn key projects through transformational change to deliver effective and efficient services
Confer with supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.
Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans.
Direct acquisition of land for construction projects.
