  • Set up or assist in the setup and on-going operation of a project document control system. This will include:

 The receipt and registration of incoming documentation, drawings and associated work as required by the project

 The distribution of documentation in accordance with prescribed distribution lists / procedures

 The maintenance of documentation records and databases to accurately reflect document status and history

 To liaise with project management team members to ensure that requirements are clearly identified and, where necessary, directed to the appropriate departments.

  • Maintenance of accurate records of all drawings and other construction documents issued by contractors through each stage of the project.
  • Process a large number of documents daily, including a thorough QA check, printing, copying, typing, review/ distribution, and electronic forwarding to create an accurate and comprehensive audit trail.
  • Manage all aspects of the day-to-day running and administration of the project site office and provide full admin support to the project team as well as main interface for the project with both Clients and Contractor. This includes

 making requisitions, booking and preparation of meeting room

 Making arrangement for new arrivals/client’s visitors including security induction training, Hse Training, preparation of ID cards, work station arrangement etc.
