Manage projects from Initiation stage to Closure
Coordinate with Sales managers and Partners in order to achieve targets and business objectives on all products
Thorough understanding and proper communication of products and services to clients and prospects.
Key point of contact for clients and provide both pre- and after-sales advice and support.
Manage and coordinate at the Project level the contract administration activities, ensuring that all aspects of the contract during the execution phase of the Project are addressed with the objective of contributing to maximise Project revenues;
Ensuring that any contractual or legal matter affecting the Project execution is properly addressed;
Monitoring key contract dates to ensure all contract terms are applied timely and correctly;
Assume responsibility for effective management of clients
Generate performance reports and regional market analyses for Sales Team
Supporting the finance department function by assuring that all the relevant documents required for payment meet the contractual obligations;
Hold regular meetings with all stakeholders on project status.
Drafting, receiving, examining, commenting, filing and keeping track of all correspondence exchanged during the project execution; Providing online pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services
Interface with Channel Partners and resellers
Identify and demand for tailored technical solutions to suit clients from the design team
