Ensuring that all field supervisors collect meet company set target for the period of the exercise.
Ensuring the safety of all field surveyor during field exercise by regular follow up by phone and when the need arise visiting the challenging spots for resolution.
Ensuring collation, collection, and disbursement of payment to field surveyor at the completion of exercise.
Transferring information collected in the GPRS from the field into maps for easy interpretation and forwarding same to the Lagos for further processing.
Ensuring that the accommodation needs of all field surveyors are met during field exercise

Responsibilities:• Supervises facilities management services including building and facility operating systems maintenance repair and improvement, custodial services and security operations.
Coordination of FM activities in all Lagos residential Apartments.
Coordinate building and maintenance activities within the various functions and departments to obtain optimum production and utilization of personnel and equipment.
Recommend operating methods and equipments to maximize cost saving, service quality and safety.
Negotiate and administer service and construction agreement for maintenance and alteration services.
Supervise landscape, parking lot, warehouse maintenance and upkeep functions
Make ready apartment for incoming staffs and relocating staffs from one apartment to the other.
Taking routine maintenance request and solving the problem associated with such request.
Recommendation of good contractor with competitive market prices
Vetting quotations forwarded for works by contractors.
Processing invoices raised by contractors for works done.
Coordinating all renovation and repair works
Achievement: Between July 2009 to January 2010 managed over 190 residential apartments for the company.
Assessment of building system facility need
Recommend building system and oversee acquisition, installation, and operation of building system.
Put in place a plan of action with standard practice and procedure
Monitor an d administer a location of building resources
Preparation of annual, quarterly and monthly budget.
Planning and co-ordination of all facilities and repair works on site: maintenance and preventive control measure system on all the facilities such as generator, water treatment plant, air-conditioners, lift, pabx, fire extinguishers, and fire alarm system etc.
Preparation of requisition for all the invoices submitted to the department by contractor and vetting of maintenance quotations

Monitor information and trends related to technological infrastructure
