Maintaining employee file & servicing of same. Provision of draft appointment letters and forwards same for approval before issuance. Coordinating with NEPZA Authority for production & onward issuance of ID cards, organizing & attending briefing for admin staffs, drivers, service staffs, essential duty staffs and reporting same. Collection of applications, sorting, categorizing, and overall induction process for employment. Arranges for employee(s) medical facility, canteen service. Attends to staff reports, complaints and forwards same to HRM or MD. Transmit documents electronically or on hard copy to the HRM or MD as the case may be. Updates job order tracker, updating staff daily attendance, and monthly attendance. Updating wages breakup, wages update & wastage chart monthly. Assist HRM in staff performance appraisal process. Delegates and assist staffs in preparation and delivery of presentations on due date. Control employee file cabinet. Manages appointments diaries and informs concerned persons at and when due. Type letters, forwarding and/or responding to mails promptly. Other jobs as may be assigned.
