  • Ensuring that staff adhere to the company’s quality policies at all times
  • Carrying out RCA’s (root cause analysis) on any faulty equipment and when any problem arises.
  • Ensuring that acceptable quality standards and inspection procedures are adhered to during inspection of equipment.
  • Inspection and certification of lifting equipment.
  • Carrying out thread inspection of pipes.
  • Carrying out full length drift and visual pipe inspection.
  • Inspection of tubular goods.
  • Performing the 5s (sorting, setting in order, sweeping or shining, standardizing and sustaining the practice) checks in the company’s shop floor and also the additional 3s (safety, security and satisfaction).
  • Creating non-conformance reports whenever there is any problem with the quality of equipment during inspections.
  • Creating maintenance work packs and monitoring the duration of maintenance.
  • Responsible for maintaining every equipment maintenance package for all assets and ensuring that full data package are dispatched to clients.
  • Non-Destructive Test(NDT) inspection of equipment
  • Identifying and performing of continuous quality improvement to solve or prevent potential and known quality issues.
  • Completing and confirming daily inspection reports and ensuring that all internal and external inspection reports are generated and passed on to the appropriate department on time.
  • Ensuring security of field data, equipment and personnel.
  • Reviewing and ensuring that adequate resources and logistics are in place before leaving for work site.
  • Ensuring proper documentation of company processes
  • Analyzing, recommending and implementing the procedures and policy changes to improve operations.
  • Co-ordination of inter-office and inter-departmental enquiries.
  • Reviewing of reports alongside the management team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Responsible for staff evaluation, conducting semi-annual or annual employee’s assessment and evaluation.
