Ensuring that staff adhere to the company’s quality policies at all times
Carrying out RCA’s (root cause analysis) on any faulty equipment and when any problem arises.
Ensuring that acceptable quality standards and inspection procedures are adhered to during inspection of equipment.
Inspection and certification of lifting equipment.
Carrying out thread inspection of pipes.
Carrying out full length drift and visual pipe inspection.
Inspection of tubular goods.
Performing the 5s (sorting, setting in order, sweeping or shining, standardizing and sustaining the practice) checks in the company’s shop floor and also the additional 3s (safety, security and satisfaction).
Creating non-conformance reports whenever there is any problem with the quality of equipment during inspections.
Creating maintenance work packs and monitoring the duration of maintenance.
