Responsibility: *Development of SOPs for both Quality control and Production activities.
*Enforcing the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the factory through daily monitoring and inspection of Brewing section,Packaging section,Laboratory,Effluent areas and other areas where activities can stand as threat to food safety.
*Attend to consumer complaint and maintain records.
*Prepare monthly report on the product quality and report to the technical manager.
* Ensure product are produced in line with the company specifications.
*Manage entrance Control of raw material such as sugar, milk, starch etc and packaging material and ensure they are conformed to company specification.
*Monitoring the activities of brewers to ensure that appropriate and accurate measurement are carried out at every unit operation of the brewing in order to ensure safety of the product according to the company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
*Monitor the activities of packaging in-process checkers
Responsibility: * Timely availability of product (Bobo) through effective
use of the raw materials, manpower and machines.
*Monitoring the implementation and compliance of SOP
for all production activities.
*Optimum utilization of production materials, time and
manpower within set waste control limi
*Ensure that safety guides and regulations are strictly adhere to on production lines by the supervisor, headman and operator.
*Manage staff; arrange job training and assessment of
supervisor, headmen, operators and operatives
*Monitor and organize maintenance of equipment to minimize

*Manage a team of packaging section.

*Treatment of water for bottling and drinking using any of the following caustic soda, soda ash, chlorine.
*In-process monitoring of on-line products.
*Supervising and monitoring of CIP for product lines.
*Preparation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for
System and operation.
Responsibility: *Assist in drawing up production schedule for pulse fruit drink production.
*Oversee the production process of pulse fruit drink.
*Monitor the production process and adjust schedules as needed for pulse fruit drink.
*Supervise the production of pulse fruit drink.
*Monitoring and coordination the activities of production workers on the shop floor. *Supervised the production of lavoltic table water.
*Operation of automated 3-in-1 filling machine.
*Operation and maintenance of coding machine.
*Ensure product are on time to prevent or reduce downtimes
