Within my short period with my present Organization, I have been able to meet

targets in implementing work activities on site, monitor and evaluate performance

progress on site, identify and bring to the notice of the Consultants on the project

where I am working presently (refurbishment of central bank of Nigeria branch

building at Makurdi) variations to the main contract. I have been able to follow my

cost control mechanism strictly so as not to over shoot our budgetary provisions.

My accomplishments within the period under review were so great that projects

building (formerly Lion bank), NEXIM bank, residential and infrastructural

development at plot 417 Asokoro, plot 298 kado,etc all in Abuja.
