Prepare Monthly Billing Invoice
Coordinate with Site Supervisor of all possible Additional Works & Change Orders
Is responsible for construction equipment use control on the project based on planned usage.
Prepare any other work as may assign.
Read and become well versed in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Project Schedule, Scope of Work, Contracting Plan, Work Packs and other relevant project documents.
Functionally reports to the Project Controls Manager.
Reviews estimated quantities, verifies material take-offs and prepares analysis of differentials in amounts.
Deals with manpower, make sure that the equipment is in good condition to perform the job, tracking actual installed at site.
