Carry out feasibility studies of developmental projects.
Carry out contract documentation and procurement.
Carry out Tender evaluation, analysis and reporting
Generate interim report.
Preparing of labour and material schedules to determine the quantity of labour and materials required on a particular project.
Supervision of actual purchasing of materials and taking inventory of materials supplied to site.
Cost control during the construction process by ensuring adherence to programme and plans.
Co-ordinating and simulating the different activities involved in a direct labour approach to construction contract.
Valuing completed work and generating certificate for payment.
Re-measurement of work on site and valuation of variations and fluctuations.
Attending site meetings. Etc.
