• Meeting Staff requirement/ needs by through manpower analysis
• Hiring/ Recruitment , training, placement and development of staff
• Maintain Data base of the company
• Design and implement organizational policies
• Establishment of Standards and procedures resulting in staff efficiency
• Complete special projects by coordinating information requirements and evaluation.
• Coordination of activities between all the various departments.
• Oversee the running, allocation and maintenance of the Sales fleet in conjunction with Logistics and operations.
