Responsibilities:

Ø Manage, motivate and supervise all field sales staff in the region to

Ensure productivity and quality services to the customer and consumer.

Ø Responsible for the implementation of all routine policies, practices and operations such as personal selling, promotions monitor of distribution, customer account management, Market development etc.

Ø Evaluates and develops sales and marketing plans and strategies in line with Marketing Managers overall strategic plans.

Ø Daily reviews and monitors of sales performed by customers, district and regional level.

Ø Ensuring operations are in line with company policy and sales plan at a minimum cost.

Ø Periodical performance appraisal of sales achievement to target set, sales strategies to level of implementation.
